Roland Flynn is a CBRN/ Emergency Management Specialist with a background in both Civilian and Military CBRN/Hazmat response. He has operated for 10+ years in the field of CBRN/Hazmat Emergency Response on both the Operator and Instructor level. He holds a MS in Emergency Management/Homeland Security and has worked with public and private sector clients across the country.
